Copy/Paste the robot into Experts file
Copy/Paste the indicator into the Indicators file
Open date - MQ4 - Experts or Indicators
Restart the MT4 and the robot will be displayed in the left menu, it is the same operation for MT4/MT5
Enable DLL
Tools - Option - Expert advisor - Allow DLL
